Emergency or Crisis Help
We are not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call 111 or contact a crisis helpline like 1737 – Need to Talk?
We aim to respond to all emails within 24–48 hours. Your message will be kept private and answered with care, cultural understanding, and no judgement.
